Why a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a visual inspection by a Licensed Home Inspector of the physical condition of the home, structure, construction and mechanical systems. From top to bottom.

We welcome you to attend the inspection. A typical home inspection takes between 2-3 hours. It is well worth being able to learn first hand about the home and its' systems.
We want you to ask questions. Remember, this is YOUR inspection. No question is unimportant or foolish. Learn as much as you can.
Within 24 hours of the inspection (usually the same day), you will receive a detailed report that clearly itemizes any major defects. A full inspection includes a computer-prepared report with digital color photographs sent electronically because time is of the essence.
