What's a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is a thorough visual review of the existing condition of the structure, craftsmanship, electrical, and mechanical systems of a home by a licensed home inspector. It's due diligence that allows a home buyer the awareness, confidence, and peace of mind to make an informed investment!


 

We recommend you attend the inspection. Though not required, you'll glean valuable information regarding your home that can ultimately save you hundreds, even thousands, of dollars in home repairs down the road. A typical inspection takes between two and three hours. 

Should I be present for the inspection?

When can I expect my report?

Within 24 hours of the inspection, you will receive a detailed, easy-to-read, report that clearly itemizes the defects examined. The report will list and categorize these defects by severity and provide picture documentation.
